**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
The ServiceNow Administrator will be responsible for ensuring successful day-to-day operation and continuity of the ServiceNow systems. The primary responsibility will be the management of the platform and troubleshooting issues. In addition, the individual will work with key business users in order to build business solutions and processes.
- Perform day to day administration of ServiceNow instances, including changes to processes, workflows/forms, building custom reports, managing data, personalising lists, and content management
- Design, develop, implement, and test technical solutions for ServiceNow implementations
- Create and use update sets to move customizations between ServiceNow instances
- Collaborate and communicate with ServiceNow Technical Team (HI), IT teams and other support groups to resolve system issues.
- Document, Maintain and update policies, procedures and controls for the operation of the ServiceNow platform.
- Work closely with business users to fully understand user functionality, pain points, and areas of improvements
- Effectively manage multiple priorities.

**ITIL Foundation certificate desirable.**

**Work Experience, Skills and Knowledge**:

- Experience of administering the Service Now toolset toolset.
- Experience in support of ITSM toolset
- High degree of people management skills including Matrix Management.
- 5 plus years in IT operations and support
- Experienced in service design and mobilisation
- Hands-on experience in JavaScript, CSS3 HTML, Java, AngularJS or similar software stacks advantageous
- Excellent knowledge of administering and supporting Service Now
- Experience of designing Data Models and SQLServer Database advantageous.
- Excellent organisational, communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent customer focused and liaison skills
- Experience of working within a large international company.
- Practical knowledge and expertise in other ITIL Service Management processes and functions.
- Excellent knowledge of Service desk operations, Incident, Problem and Change Management
