An opportunity has arisen for an Inside Sales Manager to join a Global Visual Technology manufacturer used within healthcare, graphic design, image processing, design & video production, video surveillance and air traffic control. Along with a basic salaryof £45k you will also receive uncapped commission, discretionary bonus of up to 10%, 25 days holiday (increase benefit with continuous employment after 2 years’ service) Pension, Life Insurance and Health Care.

As the Inside Sales Manager you will be responsible for the management, performance and personal development of the Inside Sales Team. Including setting KPIs, tracking sales, producing management reports and forecasting to the Head of Sales.

The team sell products through the channel however they still work closely with End Users and dedicate a huge proportion of efforts nurturing, communicating and targeting the end user.

As an Inside Sales Manager your duties and responsibilities will include -- Manage the work of inside sales team to ensure continued profitable growth
- Coach, train and develop team
- Evaluate and monitor sales account manager’s performance using targets and KPIs
- Motivate team of inside account managers and promote positive, proactive culture
- Execute sales analysis, prepare sales reports and suggest improvements
- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly sales forecasts
- Prepare regular internal reports including stock, backorders and performance
- Use all available data and reports to ensure all orders are processed and shipped in the quickest possible time and customers are always kept informed
- Use customer feedback to generate ideas and feedback market trends about new feature or product requirements
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
- Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met
- Build an open-communication culture inside your tea

The successful Inside Sales Manager will have the following skills & experience -- 2 years of previous working experience as an Inside Sales Manager
- Understanding of channel and/or indirect sales
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office
- In-depth understanding of the sales processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven coaching, mentoring and team management skills to enable your team to excel in their roles
- Strong, analytical with excellent organisation skills
- Driven and ambitious with a strong desire to succeed
- Ability to take initiative
