We're on the lookout for a Permanent SMT Operator to join our well-established client based in Loughborough.

**About the role**:
As a SMT Operator, you will be responsible for:

- To setup and change over the SMT line.
- To Operate the full SMT line from Printer to AOI.
- To manufacture electronic assemblies.
- Carry out maintenance on all SMT machinery.
- Perform manual inspection.
- Support engineering with NPI.
- Clearly communicate with all the staff on the SMT line.

**Pay**:
£24,000 - £26,000 per annum.

**Hours**:
Monday - Thursday 07:00 - 15:30

Friday 07:00 - 12:30

**About You/Requirements**:

- Knowledge of anti-static precautions.
- Competence in hand soldering.
- Component recognition.
- Safe operation and production process of products.
- Good organisation skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Motivation to ensure excellent quality standards.
- Excellent communication and team working skills as well as the ability to work independently.
