Position:
SMT Operative

Date Rate:
£ £12.00 per hour**
Location: Loughborough

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Proactive are currently recruiting for a skilled SMT Set-up Operative in Loughborough to start work immediately.


This is an exciting opportunity position working for a market leader in the design and manufacture of high performance electronic components.

You will be working as part of a wider team delivering projects to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out maintenance on all SMT machines
  • To set up and perform changeover tasks on the SMT line in accordance with specification and business objectives
  • Clear communication with other colleagues
  • Supporting colleagues with SMT activities when required
  • Completing all required documentations as required, including paperwork and information recorded on computers.

  • Great attention to detail
  • Good organisation and communication skills
  • Ability to work as a team and independently
  • Motivated to ensure excellent quality standards
  • Correct use of tools and equipment
