**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Hold a recognized teaching qualification and relevant leadership experience.
- Demonstrated success in a senior leadership role, preferably as a Headteacher or Deputy Headteacher.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse team of educators.
- Strong understanding of current educational trends, policies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
