**Ecommerce Product Assistant**

**Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire**

We are delighted to be partnering with one of our devoted Clients in the FMCG industry in their search for an Ecommerce Product Assistant. Our client offers a progressive opportunity for a passionate and empathetic strong communicator, the office is spaciousand modern, and a hardworking but fun atmosphere

With lots of exciting products with well-reputable brands, my client is looking for someone savvy who will happily take photographs of new products, update product content on the website, support in customer service when required and be a positive all-rounderfor their exciting business

**Responsibilities include**:

- Website promotional activity
- Take photographs of new products and edit via Photoshop (or equivalent)
- Update website content on new and existing products when required
- Supporting and assisting the Graphic Design team
- Updating hero banners to keep new and existing customer aware of promotions and news
- Create and update weekly content blogs and posts
- Work collaboratively with various departments to keep in the loop of the business updates

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced but fun environment
- Strong communicator, both written and verbally, delivering short but snappy descriptions
- Experience in photography, photoshop or ecommerce is desirable but not essential
- An outgoing, approachable and diplomatic persona
