We are currently recruiting for our market leading client based in Uxbridge. They are looking for a Technical Support Administrator to join their team. This is a role that requires dynamic, problem solvers to run through their client support.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage phone calls and correspondence from customers
- Delivering step by step technical support
- Support updating records, Trackers and databases
- Create service reports based on support given over the telephone
- Work closely with multi functional departments to organise maintenance and scheduled works
**Key Skills Required**:
- Attention to detail essential
- The ability to take ownership of tasks and work on their own initiative within a busy team
- Great communication and interpersonal abilities
- Good organisational skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
