**The Role**

The Student Support Administrator will provide highly efficient, organised and effective administrative support working within the Support Service and College wide Safeguarding structure. This will include being a key point of administrative contact for the CPOMS safeguarding system and safeguarding case files, working in close liaison with Support Service Staff and Safeguarding Officers to ensure files and key communications are processed in a timely manner. The post holder will be required to support the team in the coordination and delivery of this work in addition to the provision of Support Centre services in line with policy

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a service-oriented industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
