**Office Administrator - Part Time**
Based in our office in Lower Kingswood, Surrey - Please note this is a semi-rural location and there is not a train station within walking distance. We have free parking.
£23,000 - £26,000 FTS pro rata depending on experience
**Overview**:
W12 Group is a family run business. Big enough to cover our client’s needs, but small enough to care. We are property maintenance professionals specialising in supporting Property Management companies, landlords, Housing Associations, Developers and Facilities Management companies. We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our friendly and dynamic team. The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting our helpdesk.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support the office helpdesk with day-to-day administration support.
- Provide general office support, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Raise quotes.
- Answer phones during busy periods.
- Outbound calls / confirming appointments.
- Liaising with sub-contractors
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
**Experience & Skills Required**:
- Experience in a similar administrative position.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Team Player.
