Shipping Administrator - temping contract minimum 6 months with hybrid working

This global engineering business have a need for an experience administrator / customer services specialist to provide temping cover in the Shipping team.
This is a full time hours role with a 50 /50 hybrid working pattern.
**Your new role**
Job Summary:
Under some supervision, enters data into a database or other computerised system to maintain up to-date stock/inventory and training records.
Retrieves stored information to respond to enquiries (for example on inventory levels or delivery schedules.)
Performs other routine administrative activities according to the organisation's established procedures. These activities may include:

- responding to customer escalations
- order allocation,
- part profile & inventory records;
- preparing reports
- training operators
- customs compliance processes, domestic and international
- transportation related procedures and completing forms (receipt, transfer, delivery, dispatch, etc.)
**What you'll need to succeed**
Logistics / Warehousing / Supply chain back ground preferred but not essential.
Good computing skills are required (including Excel, Oracle or similar)
Experience with external customers and/ or supplier liaison are preferred.
**What you'll get in return**
Flexible working options available.
This is a 50/50 hybrid role.
Fulltime 37.5 hours per week
Working hours between 08:00 and 19:00
