**The Position**

We are looking for a care assistant to work in a rewarding role, delivering person-centered care and assisting our clients to continue to live independent and fulfilling lives in their own home.

We are looking for care assistants who are; committed, honest, trustworthy, reliable, and respectful.

In addition to these outstanding qualities, we need you to be proactive and have a flexible approach to your work.

While experience is welcomed, it is not essential as we provide a 2-day paid Induction Training course. Our onboarding will ensure you are confident and competent before you work alone by shadowing an experienced care assistant and receiving additional support.

There are opportunities to progress, we believe in continuous learning. Many of those who started as our care assistants now work in different roles, ranging from working in the Training team to being a Local Area Manager.

**Your role as a care assistant would include**:

- Personal Care
- Moving and Handling
- Continence Management
- Cooking and Housekeeping
- Companionship
- Medication Administration

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £13.50-£14.50 per hour
