Bike and Boot is a new leisure-orientated hotel brand for the 21st Century that directly addresses the UK leisure market in a way that no other operator is presently doing. It has a modern approach to the general consumer market and it addresses well-defined consumer groups.

- . A Budget-Luxe hotel with design-led bedrooms._
- . Self check-in & check out._
- . A Retreat lounge for residents guests only, providing complimentary refreshments 24-hrs a day._
- . A Bareca - an all-day bar and grill operation, trading to the local market as well as hotel guests, with a menu featuring casual all-day food pizza, pasta and grills - and a host of original cocktails._
- . A Wadobi - specialist facilities for walkers, dog-owners, cyclists, vintage car drivers and motorcyclists - with secure storage, drying room and maintenance facilities._
- . A Film Club - shoeing films three times a day for hotel guests. _

The Bareca is our all
- day service Bar, restaurant and café. It sits within the overall Bike and Boot brand. It is a place where guests can dine and drink in a relaxed but sophisticated and friendly way. Food is freshly cooked but quick service
- mainly Mediterranean dishes
- featuring grills, pizza, pasta and small plates. We make great and exclusive to - us cocktails and have a wide range of interesting beers and wines. The bar is very much the emotional and operational Centre point of the Bareca.
- Take responsibility for the safe, competent and profitable operations of the department during shifts when you are in charge.

Pay: £14.40 per hour
