In line with our ambitious growth plans, we are seeking a proficient eBay Assistant to join our dynamic team, based in Stafford, West Midlands.

As an Ecommerce Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in:

- Providing prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries on the eBay platform.
- Efficiently processing orders and managing label printing.
- Offering exceptional customer service via telephone support.
- Creating and managing product listings on eBay.
- Refreshing and optimizing existing listings for maximum visibility.
- Occasionally assisting customers in-person and facilitating transactions.
- Prior experience in eCommerce or a fundamental understanding of its workings.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive independently.
- Outstanding communication skills coupled with a keen eye for detail.
- A passion for online retail and a drive for creative problem-solving.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle parts.
- Proficiency in IT tools and platforms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £23,800.00-£26,000.00 per year
