We are looking to recruit a Business Administrator to join our team based in London.

**About the Role**

As our Business Administrator, you’ll pro-actively coordinate and support the business development and tender process, from opportunity to submission and post award. You’ll support the Head of Business Development in continuously reviewing and improving our business systems, processes and offer, and undertake administrative duties associated with the management and running of our London Wall office, including meet and diary management for the Partnerships Director.

**About You**

We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - someone with initiative and the ability to multi-task and prioritise to deliver high quality, accurate work, often to challenging deadlines. A strong team player, you’ll be pro-active and solution focused, and have high level of competence with Microsoft and Adobe software packages, particularly with Microsoft Word and Excel.

We’d like you to have a high standard of written English and be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with a wide range of stakeholders. Experience of office administration and supporting Director level personnel is desirable, as is knowledge of the repairs and maintenance or construction industry.
