We are looking for a Creative Producer to work with our Creative teams to manage the development of User Acquisition marketing assets across our IPs, and to manage multiple projects and build trust with our internal and external partners.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Support the Lead Producer, to manage new GAME launches and discuss workflow and process refinement to increase output.
- Project manage the creation of a regular cadence of marketing assets, with internal creative or external agencies/ vendors
- Partner with the cross functional team to build project plans that allow these teams to effectively achieve major milestones and deliverables.
- Provides regular project status reporting on deliveries, identifying any potential risks and blockers. Propose solutions, and regularly communicate this to team and stakeholders.
- Support Lead Producer by contributing and articulating goals and team principles to help form a stimulating and fun work environment and culture.
- Provide outstanding customer service and build positive relationships with Zynga game teams and external art houses.
- Manage production budget and tracking sheet / report for assigned games.
- Manage the Jira ticket process, chair production calls, liaise with internal artists and Agencies to deliver assets on time in full.
- Ensure all assets produced are to the correct specs for all our platform partners and deliver localised assets to our internal teams.
- Work with vendors and art teams to manage communication, expectations, and deliverables.
- Manage licensed asset approval process in partnership with the Licensing producers, respecting 3rd party licensor approval timelines. Liaising directly with IP holders where needed to support the process with Strategy Team
- Collaborating with North America marketing producers teams to ensure cross dept best practices.
- Working directly with game dev team to understand and plan asset production based on game build updates.
- Owning and driving several special projects that benefit the wider team in process and tooling optimisation.
- Supporting onboard new starters, help with training and also delegate work where required.
**Required Skills and Experience**:
- 5+ yrs Creative Project management experience with internal and Agency teams.
- Top-tier specialist with typical project management related tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
- Proven ability to juggle and constantly prioritise multiple projects/requests from numerous internal and/or external partners.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to find middle ground between groups
- Strong verbal communication both one-on-one and in larger meetings with internal and external parties, including confidence and presentation skills to chair and present to wider teams on zoom/ F2F.
- Excellent knowledge of different image and video file formats, and partner network needs and requirements
- Excellent knowledge of Jira and Confluence, Dropbox, MS Office and Google suite.
- Collaborative by nature, quickly and easily builds relationships, ensures open dialog, engenders trust and partners well within a team to deliver results.
- Self-motivated, proactive, autonomous, demonstrates initiative, flexibility and maturity under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with experience of handling challenging timelines and demands.
**Desirable Skills and Experience**:
- Scrum or Prince 2 qualification, with good experience of managing projects using Kanban and Agile methodologies.
- UA ad production in mobile gaming.
- Experience in creative production video games, real-money gaming or other entertainment industries, through 2 launch cycles.
- Experience in cross-platform working with console and/or mobile titles.
- Experience of working across multiple time zones/ global office locations.
- ASO and / or Organic marketing production experience in gaming.
- Agency experience working as a creative Project manager.
