In this Junior Production Assistant job, you will be joining a highly successful, creative marketing and communications consultancy that has worked closely with some of the world’s largest luxury brands. Based in central London, they draw insights from consumer behaviour to help brands modernise how they plan, create and execute advertising and marketing campaigns. For over ten years, they have supported their premium client with a unique blend of market intelligence, digital marketing solutions and creative ideas. They're now looking for a creative graduate with a self-starter attitude to join their lovely team as a Graduate Production Assistant.

**Job description - Creative Producer**

Overall, it's a roll up your sleeves and get stuck in position Organisation is crucial in a fast-moving production department, so you will take ownership over the hospitality tasks to ensure the department runs smoothly. You'll need to have a creative eye as well as an interest in luxury brands, as you will be getting involved in various aspects of the creative process, and having your ideas heard by the wider team.

**Key responsibilities - Creative Producer**
- Setting up meetings and managing diaries on behalf of the senior team
- Booking travel and suppliers
- Communicating with clients, where applicable, regarding the production and delivery of content
- Supporting the Creative Strategy team in developing concepts
- Helping to find creative solutions to issues and obstacles
- Establishing ways to innovate whilst understanding the importance of consistency
- Delivers to agreed deadlines - no fails

**Job requirements - Creative Producer**
- Ideally, you will be degree educated, perhaps in a creative discipline
- Some experience working in a production team preferred
- Able to work under pressure
- You will need to be passionate about marketing and luxury brands
- Strong organisational skills, most importantly diary management and methodical workflow
- Ability to work on multiple projects at one time
- An exceptional team player and collaborator
