Express Utilities, who are part of the BUUK Infrastructure Group, are looking for a **Finance Administrator** who would like to help us reach our mission of ‘making lasting connections with our customers to improve their lives’.
**As the Finance Administrator your key responsibilities are**
- Input transactional data on to finance and other systems as required enabling accurate and timely accounting.
- Input supplier invoices in accordance with company processes and to enable accurate and timely accounting.
- Raising of Purchase Orders and managing the purchase order process ensuring compliance with the purchase order controls.
- Undertake collation of payment runs in accordance with company procedures to enable accurate and timely accounting.
- Assist the Transactional Manager with information required by the company’s auditors**.**
**About you**
- Experience of working in a finance team.
- Experience of using MS Office products
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work on own or as part of a team

**The Company**
BUUK Infrastructure is the leading independent provider of last-mile utility networks. Our businesses design, construct, own and operate utility infrastructure networks throughout England, Wales and Scotland. These networks are almost exclusively installed on new build housing, mixed use and commercial developments and our customers included national and regional housebuilders, developers, landowners and contractors.
