Great opportunity for a Admin Coordinator to join a business who operate with worldwide clients.

Normal hours of work are 9.00 am to 5.30 pm Mon-Fri although flexibility is required to suit the business.

Working closely within the Marketing and Operations team you will be first point of contact for customers. You will be great using Excel in order to import/export data in excel and analyse trends in campaigns

**Key Responsibilities for the Admin Coordinator will be**:

- To be the first point of contact for any operational queries from clients
- To assist in the business operational processes: data imports, exports, invoice reconciliation and digital forms management.
- To support the Operations Manager ensuring the business is meeting all contractual data obligations to clients
- Identify and action opportunities for process enhancement and development
- Analyse and identify trends with fail and reject rates and other campaign specific KPI’s to improve the profitability of the business.
- Review campaign financials weekly and to sign off on sales, invoicing, reject tracking, bonds and campaign profitability.
- Ad-hoc data reconciliation, trend analysis and supporting the operations team in other duties

**The successful Admin Coordinator will have the following skills and attributes**:

- Administration experience
- Good/Higher level understanding in Microsoft Office packages i.e. Access, Excel and Word
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to display accuracy and attention to detail
- Must have excellent organisational skills and be able to work with minimum supervision
- Ability to prioritise workload to meet the demands and deadlines of the company
- A flexible approach and receptiveness to change
- Open minded team player
- Pro-active in identifying trends or patterns that have a business impact

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
