Governors are seeking to appoint an inspiring Behaviour & Learning Mentor, who will enjoy being part of a collaborative and dedicated team that work with integrity together.

You will support individual and small groups of students to address the needs of those who require assistance in overcoming barriers to learning. You will also work with a range of pupils whose behaviour and disaffection has a significant impact upon their attainment, giving priority to those who need the most help, especially those displaying challenging behaviour.

- Have experience of working with young people in an educational setting
- Have an understanding of inclusion, behaviour and attendance issues
- Have knowledge of how to deal with a range of different pupil behaviours
- Have at least 5 GCSEs, Grade 4 or above
- Be passionate about working at The Deanery
