Our client is a marketing leading company working within the Energy market, focusing on green and sustainable energy solutions, working with customers to maximise the Government Grants available within this market. This is a small and really lovely team,who focus on offering a personable level of support to their rural customer base, looking for energy support and guidance. As a result of continued growth, our client is looking to recruit an Energy Compliance Administrator, also known as a Retrofit Administratorwithin the Energy sector.

This is a great role, within a very supportive team, for someone with a very strong work ethic and excellent levels of attention to detail. If you have some experience of working within Energy or you may be a DEA (Domestic Energy Assessor) looking for adifferent role within the Energy sector, this could be a great opportunity for you. This is an office based role in Leeds city centre.

**Daily responsibilities**:

- Working with a Manager, you will be given full training and support across all areas of your role
- You will be a key point of communication for teams internally in relation to client information relating to their property. You will understand and digest this information to compile accurate submission packs, collating data provided
- You will ensure accuracy within all areas of your work, maintaining information on the system, ensuring compliance with all operating procedures
- You will work within customer satisfaction guides to assess completed documentation, checking that all information completed is accurate and without errors
- Working with the Manager to understand the company pricing, fees and the full range of service levels provided
- The right attitude is vital to this role, a structured and methodical individual with excellent attention to detail and also a great team player
- Any knowledge of the "Energy Company Obligation" or "eco" industry would be an advantage but is not essential
- Experience gained within a Compliance, Underwriting or perhaps a related Insurance Administration role would be helpful
- A calm and considered approach to your work with a "right first time" approach to tasks
- Strong IT skills and excellent attention to detail are vital for this role
- Experience gained within a similar Administration and data focused role
- A positive "can do" attitude and a true team player
