Avdon Bristol Ltd is seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented, and organized **Technical Sales /Estimator** to join our sales team. You will be responsible for providing the sales support needed to ensure continued success for the company. You will maintain good professional relationships with existing clients; develop new business; following up sales leads, work with others to put together competitive bids and win new work. You will also be able to work closely with your colleagues and our management team in reporting on and monitoring our sales efforts.

**Responsibilities**
- Generating and managing sales leads from existing clients.
- Creating new contacts and managing new enquiries.
- Generating and managing sales leads using Barbour Index (or similar).
- Work with our management team in analysing sales performance to develop attainable sales goals
- Engage with other members of staff to present our best offer
- Educate yourself on our entire portfolio of products and services so as to become a resource of information for both our staff and customers. Product training will also be made available.
- Ensure our website is up-to-date and effective in presenting our products and services.
- Explore other online services to support the sales effort.
- Travel to meet with current and prospective clients to maintain a good working relationship
- Suggest product improvements based upon our experience and client feedback
- Present monthly reports to our management team detailing sales won and its prospects

**Skills & Qualifications**

**Required**:

- Experience of estimating and technical sales in commercial fenestration.
- Experience of estimating / manufacturing software.
- Demonstrated leadership skills

Preferred
- Existing client base
- Experience in the use and management of leads generated in Barbour Index (or similar).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
