EES London Ltd are a well established Lightning Protection & Earthing company with over 40 years experience within the M&E industry.

We are looking for a Trainee Estimator to learn in house to tender and design systems to current British Standards.

The individual will be given in house training to achieve the Lightning Protection Trade association accredited for design whilst working along side the current technical design manager to produce quotes.

Please be advised this is an full time (9am-5pm) office based position within our Bristol office.

Job Responsibilities
- Review specification for the projects
- Anaylise drawings for tenders.
- Prepare accurate estimates for projects by gathering information and analysing important metrics.
- Preparing technical documentations associated with tenders
- Site visits maybe required to confirm design proposal.
- A working knowledge of cost and benefits that support profitable business decisions.
- Requires excellent numerical skills and an analytical mindset.
- Maintaining relationships with key persons.
- Computes costs by analysing labour, material, and time requirements.
- Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analysing information.
- Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing technical publications.
- Perform & produce risk assessments & Technical submissions for all projects

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Caterham, CR3 5UE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
