REED Engineering are proud to be recruiting for a very successful manufacturing company based in Birtley who are seeking to employ an Electrical Design Engineer on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a company thatbelieves in real career progression.

As an Electrical Design Engineer some of your key duties will include:

- Identifying and estimating controls panels from the customer-supplied documentation and meetings with clients
- The generation of electrical schematic diagrams. This includes the internal and external layout diagrams employing AutoCAD Electrical software
- The creation of Bills of Materials and other supporting documents
- The creation of Operation and Maintenance files for finalised projects

This is a permanent full-time position (37 hours a week).
