Aftermarket Administrator - Doncaster - Hybrid - £21,500 DOE
Your new company:
A long standing and reputable manufacturing, engineering organisation based in Doncaster. Your role will be within the aftermarket department arrangements for carrying out service work and the supply of spare parts for all sites around the world.
Your new role:
The Aftermarket Administration Department is responsible for all interactions with the customers. You will have the responsibility of arranging service work and the supply of spare parts for their global customers. This is a brand new role where you'll be joininga team of 2 other administrators and reporting into the team leader. We have a highly motivated team to perform and control these activities that are fully committed to the success of the department, at times the workload can be intense and the team are capableof meeting these requirements.
Key responsibilities:

- Involvement in Spares / Service Order activities from quotation stage through to shipment of goods including creation of each Sales Order on the SAP Business System
- Assist in the follow up of expired quotations
- Produce Microsoft Excel based documents in the form of price and spare parts lists
- Assist in the maintenance of Customer price lists
- Daily interactions with all company departments in order to retrieve and progress required information relating to the Spares and Service activities
- To stand in and carry out the export duties for our department during the Freight Administrations absences, liaising with our local Shipping Agents to enable goods to be despatched

What you'll need to succeed
- Experience working with SAP
- Experience working in a sales or customer support position
- Confident liaising with customers, issuing quotations, processing orders
- Enjoy working as part of a fast paced and reactive team
