**Job Description**:
**Overview of the role**
As an Amazon Connect Consultant, you will lead clients through transforming the way that businesses communicate with their customer base. You will have experience creating business cases for cloud transformation, implementing migrations to cloud and in advising clients in a hybrid cloud environment. You will be able to converse with customers and senior stakeholders within our clients to guide them through new AWS technology solutions to improve the customer experience.

As a Cloud Consultant you will be able to work independently and run teams on client engagements. You will be able to work with our Account Executives and our clients during pre-sales activities, supporting the definition of the approach and scope for a delivery and owning the delivery of engagements to our clients.

**Key tasks and responsibilities, including but not limited to**
Leading our client delivery projects and being accountable for the creation and delivery of client deliverables; examples include:

- Knowledgeable on contact centre transformation, including disruptors (Amazon Connect) and traditional providers (e.g., Genesys)
- Creating business cases and enable clients to articulate the benefits of cloud adoption
- Advising clients on how to optimise their customer experience investments
- Providing guidance to and supporting clients through the planning/delivery roadmap process and the implementation thereof
- Training and sharing our expertise with our clients, helping them to improve their internal capabilities throughout the course of our engagement

Leading a team from Devoteam (and potentially client resources) through a project/engagement which could include:

- Accountability for the success of the client engagement (governance, quality, timeframes, budget, resourcing etc.)
- Deliverable creation, presentation and achieving client acceptance, alongside next phase discussions
- Creating a supportive environment for your junior colleagues to develop within

Enabling the sales process, such as:

- Working collaboratively with the sales team to develop sales collateral (proposals/ statements of work/ resource profiles/ costs etc.)

Supporting the success of Devoteam
- Creating thought leadership such as writing papers or blogs and presenting at events
- Keeping management and sales informed of progress, concerns, successes, and opportunities with a client engagement

**Experience**
We are looking for someone who has some, but not necessarily all the following:

- Demonstrable experience of guiding clients throughout their journey to cloud
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect implementations, preferably integrating Amazon Connect with Salesforce
- Experience of conducting User Research and User Design, defining user journeys, and executing the implementation
- In-depth experience of working with AWS and/or GCP; Certification preferable
- Considerable experience in a Consulting environment including leading client engagements
- Experience in developing business cases with clients and supporting them in the mobilisation of their transformation journey
