**Estimating Administrator**

Leach are an accomplished team of creative enablers, trusted by the world’s best to collaborate on the most innovative and exciting projects across the globe. We are seeking an Estimating Administrator to join our team and assist in generating prices for our projects.

The role will be responsible for reviewing tender documents, analysing job requirements, and estimating project costs. This role requires strong administrative skills and the ability to learn and understand the requirements of the estimating process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the estimating team in reviewing tender documents and understanding project requirements.
- Assist in generating accurate and timely cost estimates for each project.
- Communicate with various stakeholders within the business, including sales and production teams.
- Use Excel and other software tools to manage and analyse data.
- Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors to obtain pricing information.
- Assist in preparing and submitting proposals to clients.
- Ensure that all estimating information is accurate and up-to-date.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years experience in an administrative or support capacity
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Excel and other software tools
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to review large volumes of information
- Understanding of project management methodologies is an advantage
