Location: Hybrid/Northwood - 1 day a week on site.
IR35: Inside
Pay Rate to Intermediary: £500-£550 per day
Security Clearance: SC

Spinwell is recruiting for a Commercial Officer for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.

**RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE COMMERCIAL OFFICER**
- Advice and commercial support on ICT Business Cases.
- Advice on Route to Market / commercial frameworks for rapid capability procurement.
- Commercially support procurement competitions (PQQ/ITN/ITT etc).
- Advice on Commercial policy over Competition or Single Source procurements.
- Concurrently running multiple procurements.

**SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE COMMERCIAL OFFICER**
- Experience in Rapid ICT Software Procurement.
- Experience in procuring ICT software. Digital background, face-paced software markets.
- Experience in the pre-procurement life cycle
- Commercial experience - 3-5 years as a minimum
- Ability to advice of operating in market that moves at a fast pace.

- Stakeholder Management
