**About us***

**THIS WILL BE A FIXED TERM CONTRACT FOR 12 MONTHS**

***About the role**

Our Demand Planners are at the heart of the retail operation. Responsible for forecasting customer demand and ensuring our fulfilment centres have the right amount of stock, the Demand Planners are an integral part of keeping Ocado moving. This role is about resolving issues and forward-thinking in order to deliver tangible results. You will be owning the demand and forecast planning process across your assortment at both category and SKU level (circa 1k products), optimising delivery efficiency across your supply base, data analysis and trend reporting, and achieving KPI targets for product availability, product waste and customer fulfilment. You will also be supporting Ocado's mission to deliver exceptional customer service by working collaboratively with internal departments, as well as over 70 suppliers.

As a natural problem solver, you have exceptional analytical skills and a technical mind set, with a proven ability to interpret numerical data. You know your way around Excel and Google Sheets and have excellent attention to detail. You are great with people and you enjoy building constructive working relationships, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Happy to share your knowledge and skills, you are a helpful, approachable and proactive team player.
