Deputy Care Home Manager. Fleetwood Hall Care Home

37.5 hours per week
- this can include occasional weekend working
Shift patterns Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with occasional on-call responsibilities

As a Deputy Manager at Fleetwood Hall, your role will involve:
Taking the lead in ensuring that outstanding levels of care are provided to residents at all times
Providing support to the Registered Home Manager and assisting with the overall management of the home
Play an active role in recruitment supporting the home manager conducting interviews
Offer supervision, support and training to Senior Carer and Care Assistant colleagues
Ensuring a safe, caring, stimulating and homely environment for residents and their visitors at all times

What are we looking for?

Applicants should be dedicated, proactive and trustworthy, with proven supervisory experience and care home experience
Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, as are an enthusiastic and flexible approach to work and a keen interest in the professional development of themselves and others
Minimum of level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care, and willing to complete further qualifications if required
