**Job Purpose**
To conduct independent compliance audits in stores within an assigned geographical area.
Debrief the Store Manager or representative on the audit result and identified issues.
Provide initial coaching and guidance on the completion of an action plan to address said issues.

**Key Responsibilities**
Accurately measure store compliance to current policies and procedures and provide clear concise reporting on findings to ensure all stakeholders understand where weaknesses lie and what is required to improve.
Be adaptable to system and procedural changes within a fast-moving retail environment
Debrief Manager or representative on the audit result and identified areas of compliance weakness and provide coaching and guidance on key actions required to address failures and consequences of not addressing them.
Provide a summary of store result to the relevant Area Manager /Senior Retail Auditor and submit the final document to the Senior Retail auditor for publication.
Escalate indentified compliance or business process related issues to the Senior Retail Auditor or Head of Audit and Risk
Assist Retail Audit team with ad hoc projects as required
Have a flexible approach to work, being prepared to spend regular time away from home where the geography of the assigned audit area requires it.

**Person Specification**
Experience working in a customer service environment preferably multisite
Keen eye for detail
Strong bias towards and passionate about compliance
Proven track record of delivering great compliance standards.
Excellent organisational and communication skills: written and verbal
Good standard of education particularly English
Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload
Able to work both following process and using own initiative
Team Player
Confident energetic approach
Good PC skills - Microsoft Office
High level of personal integrity
Ability to travel
Possess a clean driving licence
