About The Role***
We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our Aviation team. The role is full time, with flexible start and finish times, based at Birmingham Airport.
You'll be responsible for supporting the operations manager in preparing monthly reports, managing spreadsheets, processing monthly payroll, stock control and ordering.
- You'll also have the opportunity to be involved in the recruitment and vetting of our new colleagues and supporting with our temporary labour via recruitment agencies.**What you'll be doing...**
- Supporting with the monthly payroll
- Support in tracking and managing colleague absence
- Support with recruitment
- Make sure colleague personal files are maintained
- Ordering and issuing uniform and consumables
- Managing the PO process
- Input Agency timesheets
**What you'll need...**
- To be an experienced administrator
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
