**Job Type**:Full Time, Permanent, 37.5 hours per week

**Location**:Doncaster, UK or Fellowes European Location (up to 2 days remote working per week)

**The Role**

We are searching for an E-Commerce Assistant to join our Regional Amazon Structure. The purpose of this role is to provide support to the Fellowes Amazon team to ensure that Fellowes can maximise is sales and margin opportunities with Amazon. The role will focus on ensuring that the essentials are in place to ensure Fellowes is successful on the Amazon platform.

**Responsibilities**:
**In This Role, You will**
- Support the writing and publication of optimised content.
- Supports catalogue management and auditing.
- Conducts keyword research, analysis, and keyword expansion.
- Support the implementation of an effective promotional plan.
- Manage the end-to-end Vine review plan.
- Supports the planning lead by placing appropriate B2R orders and monitoring sell-through.
- Support NPD launches.
- Provides admin support to optimise Amazon program investments.
- Responsible for Amazon compliance documentation (DI/SIOC etc).

Qualifications:
**What You Bring to the Team**
- Previous e-commerce or marketplace (Amazon) experience would be an advantage.
- Strong interest in e-commerce and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- Able to influence others.
- Ability to analyse sales activity and data.
- Understand financial budgets and targets, product pricing and margin.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
- Presentation Skills.
- Able to work in a team and work independently when required.
- Adaptable to change.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel and Powerpoint.

**Desirable but not essential**
- European language in addition to English.
- Business school or university degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience using Amazon’s Vendor Central and AMS portals.
- Knowledge of PIM/PXM systems.
- Graphic Design experience.
- Knowledge/experience of other online resellers in addition to Amazon.
