Sales Support Administrator

**You can expect**:
- Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Performance related bonus

- Working hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday
- Friday (30 minutes for lunch)
- Training programme

**What you will be doing**:
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer issues effectively
- Offering support to external/internal sales reps with quoting and administration
- Focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and building positive relationships
- Customer interaction with proactive quotation follow-ups and order processing
- Working with the sales team, in pipeline management, to ensure all opportunities are being followed through
- Some responsibility will involve taking in-bound calls/enquiries and actioning as necessary
**What we are looking for**
- Prior administration experience within a sales environment would be highly beneficial
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively within the sales team
- Ability to work within a small but driven team
- Experience of working with ERP systems and CRM sales tools
