As a Maintenance Coordinator you will support the department/Engineering function, utilising the groups Agility CMMS system as well as other administrate/Facilities systems to ensure smooth running with the ability to meet the needs of the wider business. For examples: Spare procurement, Facilities related items, Audit information, Quality, Health, and Safety. Your working days would be Monday-Friday.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Driving the company’s CMMS System (Agility) forward becoming the system Administrator and Key user, you will be the “go-to person” within the group.
- System updates for Engineering, facilities, Maintenance and other related equipment and activities supported by CMMS.
- Signing off logs and creating work orders for technicians, management team and contractors.
- Creating/Developing KPI reports and dashboards to ensure communication is up to date.
- Stock taking, add/remove stock items to system. And raise purchase orders on the relative system.
- Liaising with suppliers/Contractors and with technicians and management regarding stock and lead times.
- Ensuring items are priced accurately and receipted on system when delivered.
- Managing physical parts storage including garage.
- Cataloguing spare parts within the Agility system for easy retrieval by technicians and other site personnel.
- Producing downtime analysis reports and other maintenance KPI’s.
- Facility related works necessary to keep the site functioning effectively.
- Assisting via planning and good sound organisation in the Dailey running of the department.

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Co-ordinators or senior Admin role, ideally within manufacturing
- Good written and communication skills
- Good level of computer literacy
