**Quality and Training Officer - Vicky Anderson Training Ltd**

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an office based Quality and Training Officer to work within a unique expanding rural business near Northallerton.

**About Us**

Vicky Anderson Training is a small rural training provider working within North Yorkshire to offer a number of training courses and assessments to businesses and individuals across the North East, Yorkshire and nationally. The training offered includes accredited courses, certificated by City & Guilds and Lantra and others, including safe use of pesticides, machinery and forestry, as well as Health & Safety and financial records.
- Processing of mail in/out in accordance with the Vicky Anderson Training policy.
- Organise Training Room and/or Workshop prior to course commencing.
- Invigilate assessments as required.
- Be responsible for internal audit of all City & Guilds and Lantra paperwork and assist with the external audit.
- Raise invoices and take course payments over the phone.
- Complete and distribute training related Mail Chimp and other marketing material and advertising as required.
- Attend networking events to promote the business.
- Any other administrative tasks as delegated by Vicky Anderson or the Training Co-Ordinator.
- Be self-starting and work effectively under their own initiative.
- Be competent using all Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook packages.
- Be a motivated team player.
- Have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Be able to prioritise and execute several different tasks within a day.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with customers and trainers to a high standard.
- Hold a full UK driving license.
- Previous experience working within an office based setting.
- Understanding and knowledge of agriculture and rural businesses.
- Experience completing projects on Mail Chimp and Canva.
- Working on social media and marketing intiatives.
- Ability to manage project delivery.

This will be a permanent position after a probationary period. It is for 2 - 3 days depending on the needs of the business/individual. Each day will be 8.30am - 5pm, but some flexibility may be required when attending events which may require early mornings or late finish or weekend. This is not a term time position and can not be worked around school hours.

- Test and trial session in the office at Beech Hill

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £12.00-£13.14 per hour

Expected hours: 17 - 25 per week
