Visitor Experience Team Leader

TTo treat all customers as individuals with a problem-solving attitude so that they have great memories of their visit.
- Offer a friendly welcome to all visitors at all times.
- Be part of the team that delivers events for the general public, schools, colleges and adult groups
- Provide information about Cream o’ Galloway and the local area to visitors so that they can make the most of their holiday.
- Solve customer complaints by putting it right before it becomes a major issue
- Train, enthuse, supervise and support seasonal staff
You will have strong interpersonal skills and a natural desire to give each customer the best possible experience. You will be an active listener.
This is a permanent job which can be part time or full time.

Part-time hours: 24-32 per week
**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
