The Recruitment, Communications and Marketing Directorate lead the delivery and continuing development of widening access, student recruitment, admissions, marketing and communications to support the University's strategic positioning, advance the institutional profile and reputation, and enable the University to meet its student recruitment objectives.

We are recruiting for a Business Services Coordinator to deliver a proactive and efficient administrative service, co-ordinating a range of processes to assist in the delivery of a new directorate wide student workforce programme. This will enable us to put the student voice at the heart of all our recruitment, communications and marketing activity and offer a high-quality employability experience to our current students.

We are looking for an experienced project administrator with knowledge or experience of studying within Higher Education. Experience of organising, supporting and delivering projects will be essential, as well as developing and establishing new processes and ways of working. Some experience of working within complex regulations, such as GDPR and UKVI employment regulations would be an advantage. You will also have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a wide range of people across delivery teams.
