Hotel Reception/Administrative Assistant
Looking for an experienced Reception/Administrative Assistant for a busy city centre hotel.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay.
Duties would include;
Checking in & out guests
Reservations - you will be trained to enter reservations onto a PMS (property management system)
Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
General clerical work
Dealing with all guests’ requests
Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
This position is 5 days out of 7 with 7/8-hour shift.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £11.44-£12.25 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
