**Logistics Coordinator**

We believe there is always a better way to do things. As a Logistics Coordinator in the North-West, you will have the opportunity to help us make improvements and find a better way.

Your day-to-day responsibility will involve processing all incoming material for the workshop. We recognise this as an important role to ensure continuous and efficient running of the workshop.

Role:_**
- Processing incoming material & parts (Atlas Copco & non-Atlas Copco).
- Visually inspect goods on arrival for damage and handle related issues.
- Checking and process delivery records and address any issues involving incorrect paperwork.
- Arranging incoming material per project build phase in staging area/project shop area.
- Processing goods in our stock system.
- Assisting in loading and unloading of trailers.
- Preparing goods for outbound shipping and arrange transport to customers.
- Being in close communication with other departments deliveries that require additional follow up.
- Assisting with implementation of warehouse management processes as well as general improvements.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area.
- Supporting other colleagues / sites if required
- Assisting in general administration.

To succeed you will need._**
- A background in stores & logistics
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - accurate paperwork will keep our jobs moving.
- An interest in working in a workshop, as the majority of your time will be spent here.
- Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal skills for daily interaction with colleagues, planners, procurement and engineers.
- A methodical and systematic approach to work and solving problems
- The ability to handle parts, big and small.
- A willingness to learn and ask questions to enhance your knowledge.
