- Are you looking for a role that will give you insight across the bank? Are you excited about the opportunity to help build a new team?
- Within UBS Group Network Management there is a dedicated post trade and custody product capability focusing on both traditional and digital assets. We’re looking for someone to join the team to:

- Support the build out of the product strategy for custody and post trade services
- Partner with a cross divisional pod of business and functional experts to understand, analyse and document both business, client and other internal perspectives
- Provide thematic views of industry topics and initiatives
- Represent UBS at appropriate post trade industry bodies
- Develop strategic relationships with key post trade providers in order to identify opportunities to add value in the post trade area for our clients
- Drive the identification of relevant needs for each business and the wider UBS organisation, consolidating these into a group level view and highlighting, documenting and analysing potential associated opportunities, and prioritise and assess relevant implementation opportunities**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the Custody Centre of Excellence within the Network and Market Infrastructure Market Management (NMI) team in either London or Zurich.
- You will be working closely with the rest of the NMI team globally as well as the Digital Asset Custody strategy lead

**Your expertise**
- Strong knowledge of custody and post trade landscape - either from a network management, operations or business perspective
- Experience of product management / product development
- Project management and governance experience
- Ability to visualize, document and communicate complex ideas
- Experience working within a global team
- Ability to build strong relationships and leverage these both within and outside the firm
- A strong communicator and comfortable in challenging peers and stakeholders
