My client based on the outskirts of **St Ives, Cambridgeshire** is currently recruiting for an Office Manager to join their team on a full time permanent basis. Offering working hour of Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm and a salary of up to £35,000depending on experience. This position will offer you the chance to progress and build you career, training and bonus **Must have own transport due to the location**

**Must Haves**:

- At least 3 years proven work experience working in administration, sales and customs. (Essential)
- Knowledge of excise and other customs procedures. (preferred)
- Computer literate with experience using MS Outlook, Word, Excel, MS Teams, Zoom. (Essential)
- Excellent writing skills. (Essential)
- Excellent communications skills. (Essential)
- High level of attention to detail.
**Your duties will involve**:

- Supporting the Sales Manager and Sales Representative with innovative sales strategies.
- Providing support to the team and handling sales enquiries
- Supporting our Business Manager with ad hoc administration and maintenance of the office
- Providing support as an export/import customs clerk.
- Support with the process of shipping goods to customers/clients.
- Responsible for the maintenance of the workshop
- Support with stock control
- Support the Procurement Manager when purchasing any raw materials and machining tools.
- Verifying inventory and place orders, when required.
- Support the Sales Manager and Sales Representative sourcing local Partners.
**What will be expected from you**:

- Excellent communications skills with a friendly approachable telephone manner.
- Comfortable talking to a variety of customers from all over world.
- Computer literate.
- Good organisational skills.
- Excellent planning skills and ability to co-ordinate own work-load.
- A good methodical and organised approach to work with the ability to think ahead and prioritise tasks.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- An enthusiastic can-do attitude.
