The Client Operations Officer builds and maintains strong relationships with prospect and existing (inter)national clients and business partners.

The Client Operations Officer manages the onboarding of new client entities with a fellow Client Operations Officer, sales staff, the Compliance team and/or the client concierge team in ACE. The Client Operations Officer will also maintain opportunity tracking program InterAct for the services line, insofar as this is not being done by sales staff. Prepares or manages presentations of potential new business to the Local Acceptance Committee insofar as needed.

The Client Operations Officer also liaises with the ACE in respect of file reviews and onboarding files.

**Some of the things you’ll be doing**:
**Client contacts**
- Assists the service line Director to initiate, build and maintain relationships with business partners and other relevant (market) parties, considering the (commercial) interests of Intertrust, in order to generate leads and prospects as well as to realise a strong positioning of Intertrust in the market.

**Onboarding new clients/Compliance**
- Manages the onboarding of new clients in a swift and well organised manner. Manages, in cooperation with the service line Director, the transition of the new business is the Services Team.
- Being the go-to specialist for all compliance related questions within the Corporates Services Business Unit for onboarding purposes.
- Coordinates the annual review of client acceptance files in consultation with ACE and service line Director.
- Coordinates requests from the Compliance department.
- Implementation of any new compliance related policies, procedures and programs.
- Represents the Business Unit, together with the service line Director, in LAC meetings
- Attends periodic meetings with Compliance and Finance to discuss best practices and bottlenecks and suggest any improvements for relevant compliance or data quality policies and procedures.
- Training and advising the team members in best practices of Compliance.

**Management information and reporting**
- Provides information to and reports to the Head of Corporate Services, in line with internal (reporting) guidelines and procedures, in order to provide complete and trustworthy insights into business development progress as well as to enable the Head of Corporate Services to make well-considered commercial decisions.

**Business operations**
- Assists the service line Director to achieve the operational targets within the Corporate Services Team, including timely submission of satisfactory file reviews, managing remediation of outstanding action points on file review / CERA, managing ViewPoint being kept up-to-date,.

**What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?**
- At least A levels
- Knowledge of trust business, services and procedures
- Fluency in English
- Experience with ViewPoint and SAP preferable
- 1+ years of professional experience and being able to use professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues
- Commercially driven, to work in fast paced and dynamic environment
- Self-motivated, can work well both independently and in a team
