As** Hotel Receptionist**, you will need to be friendly, sales-driven and confident. You will take pride in your work and will ensure that each of our guests has the best experience possible.

This is a full time position and will be located in one of our hotels based in Clifton, Bristol.

**Key information for the Hotel Receptionist job**:
**Contracted Hours**:Full time, 39 hours per week worked to a rota that will include evening and weekend work (rotas cover a 3-week period and you will typically have one weekend in 3 off)

**Shift times**:Full time, 5 shifts per week, comprising a combination of early shifts (approx. 7am - 3pm) and late shifts (approx. 2pm - 10pm)

**Salary**: £20,280 per annum plus bonuses

**Overtime**: Agreed overtime is paid at a rate of £11 per hour. Non-agreed overtime is not paid, but may be taken as time in lieu with the agreement of your manager.

There is a lot for our receptionists to learn, but a lot to gain from the role as well

You are friendly, confident and passionate about providing fantastic customer service to our guests. Youll be a team player willing and able to help out where needed and support your colleagues. You are motivated by meeting targets and are sales driven. Youll also enjoy the more administrative side of the role and will have fantastic attention to detail and the ability to anticipate what guests need

**What youll be doing as Hotel Receptionist**:
Reporting to the Hotel Assistant Manager, you will be involved in:

- Delivering excellent customer service for our guests no day is the same
- Making room sales and meeting sales targets
- Checking guests in and out taking payments and processing correctly
- Handling guest enquiries and helping our guests have the best stay possible
- Admin duties

This is not a role that can be worked remotely, so successful applicants need to be able to work within the chosen hotel.
