We are looking for an individual with good communication skills and a passion for digital innovation and problem solving skills to become the new Cyber Support Officer within Gloucestershire Constabulary. You will be part of an inclusive team of professionals delivering an excellent service to the public.

You will work as part of a small team of experts in the ever evolving digital environment. You will be responsible for collating and reporting weekly, monthly and quarterly returns, including financial tracking of budgets, national Key Performance Indicators and cyber-disruptions.

You will provide support to the portfolios of cyber-PROTECT/PREVENT/PREPARE/PURSUE including attending engagement events and outreach presentations.

To provide general office support to the Digital Intelligence Investigations Unit.

We are recruiting a full-time National Cyber-grant funded post. The National funding is reviewed every year, and at present the funding is guaranteed until at least the end of financial year 24/25.

The majority of the time your working hours will be based around 8 - 4pm, Monday to Friday. There will be occasions that require working a slightly later shift or possibly at the weekend in order to attend local schools, colleges, businesses and charities to deliver cyber messages under the 4P's.

Based around a 40 hour week = £27,789 - £29,874
