We currently have a great opportunity with a vacancy for an Appointments Clerk within the Outpatient Booking Service at East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust. The vacancy will be based in the centralised booking office at the Conquest Hospital and is for a part-time 20 hour post. The department covers the hours of service between 08.00-18.00 and some Saturday mornings from 09.00-12.00 on a shift pattern.
The department provides a fast and responsive outpatient appointment booking service. The applicant will be expected to have strong customer service skills and to be adaptable in a busy role.
