**Salary**: £52,084 - £57,344 (Commensurate with skills and experience)

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Coordinate the project set up for developing new Capability in line with the Support & Services strategic objectives and plan, including the delivery of a specific WBS, schedule and resourcing artefacts
- Provide assurance of the Capability Development being governed through the Lifecycle process and provide reporting for senior management progress review and decision making
- Provide coordination and guidance to the cross-functional, multi-organisational, change team charged with developing & implementing the new/improved Capability in line with the Service Management Architecture
- Coordinate the deployment of the new Capability into each project team across the AIR lines of business, so that there is a seamless transition from extant legacy solutions bespoke to individual projects/lines of business

**Your skills and experiences**:

- Degree/HND qualified, or equivalent experience and Qualification preferred
- This role requires a Project Manager with significant and varied working knowledge/experience of managing a holistic, end to end Capability Development lifecycle
- As the lead for Capability Development and integration they should have a wide breadth understanding of all of the Project/Business Management activities and integration to the wider Air business capabilities
- They should also have knowledge of the methodologies and techniques for Enterprise Model Solution Development and integration that will include analysing, designing, benchmarking, developing and deploying Enterprise Model Solution capabilities
- It is advantageous to have knowledge of the latest external Project / Service Management and Capability Development approaches to help implement a capability from development through to deployment
