This is a full-time, permanent opportunity where you will have the opportunity to kick-start your Account's career in a fast-paced environment and have the chance to develop, learn and progress.

The role will include assisting the Financial Accountant in the preparation of month end accruals and reforecasting and issuing weekly budget v actual reports and discussing with stakeholders.

The role will also include assisting with the weekly stock count process and reporting of results. Maintaining accurate records of count results and schedule along with any other ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.

Duties in this role include:

- Weekly reconciliation of all P&L nominal codes.
- Analysis of all P&L costs to ensure accurately coded.
- Liaising with other departments to ensure accuracy of P&L Costs
- Weekly issue of Actual v Budget positions to key budget holders.
- Maintaining P&L Reports to a high standard.
- Assist with the preparation of month accruals/deferrals.
- Prepare annual P&L Budget.
- Assist with external Audit, Tax and Patent work.
- Input of weekly stock cycle count
- Issue of weekly stock schedule and KPI Dashboard.
- Ensuring count schedule is in line with Policy
- Provide holiday cover for all roles to support the accounting function.
