The credit control team is responsible for ensuring that our customers are onboarded properly, pay their invoices on time and collect any overdue payments. This team is critical in managing our business operations of over 7 million customers worldwide.
**Main Responsibilities**
- KPIs: Accountable for ensuring all credit control KPIs are met or exceeded through excellent performance management
- Process: Implement a world-class credit control blueprint and onboarding process which enables customers to pay on-time, and for credit controllers to collect payments
- People: Lead the credit control team, which is made up of c100 people worldwide with different capabilities and remits, to achieve their KPIs, as well as line management responsibility for regional leads within the credit control team
- Systems: Transform systems landscape to enable successful achievement of credit control KPIs and visibility
- Policies: Create and implement credit control policies (both internal and external) which are easy to follow and track, as well as compliant with local laws & regulations
- Other: Interface with senior leadership on all credit control matters, create monthly business reviews, train team on an ongoing basis
**Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications**
- Experienced leader who is used to managing large teams and delivering strong performance
- Structured thinker with strong attention to detail
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience in managing communication and expectations of C-suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Previous collections experience essential, with proven ability to define and deliver a large programme of work is more important
