Receptionist / Social Media Coordinator

We are seeking a full/part time **Receptionist/Social Media coordinator** to join our busy but friendly team. This would be a fantastic role for an individual who has demonstrable receptionist or customer service experience in a busy beauty/ aesthetic clinic that wants to take on more responsibility and be more than ‘just a receptionist’.
About the job
You will be the 1st point of contact for our clients and so your primary responsibility is to provide patients with the highest standard of customer service and ensure that all clients have a flawless journey from first contact to initial consultation right through to after care and return visits.
You will also be expected to be literate in social media platforms such Instagram, Facebook and any other relevant social media platforms as part of your role is to keep them up to date with appropriate fresh posts.
This role is massively important to the business, and there will be a 3 month probationary period.
We are here for our clients, and this includes some Saturday working, you would be expected to be here as appropriate too. Your working week would be 16- 40 hours. Flexibility to work later on Saturdays when needed is essential.

Here is some more detail about what’s expected:
- Accurately and efficiently liaise all relevant information between therapists, clients and management
- Stock management and ordering.
- Maintain and deliver policies ensuring clinic standards are maintained at a high level.
- Work with the in-clinic team to support day to day operations ensuring a seamless in clinic experience for all clients, visitors, and staff.
- A warm, helpful and friendly approach as you will be the client’s first contact with the clinic
- You will follow all clinic protocols and take payments while maintaining the clinic’s exceptional customer service standards.
- You will ensure that all patient records are kept up to date, accurate, confidential and be responsible for managing diaries to ensure the clinic is running efficiently.
- You will handle general day to day activities such as opening and closing the clinic, ensuring the clinic is always presented to the best standard, general housekeeping duties.
- You will comply with Company Polices as per the Company Handbook at all times.
Skills and experience required
- A team player with the ability to deliver their roles and responsibilities in a calm and efficient manner while working in a busy environment.
- Good relationship builder - ability to create strong working relationships across different therapists.
- Experience of working in a similar high-end environment, delivering exceptional levels of service.
- Good attention to detail at all times
- Excellent communication skills and immaculate written English
- A polished appearance and professional manner
- A ‘can-do’ attitude, able and willing to do what’s needed as the business evolves and grows
- IT and administrative skills with experience in managing social media like Instagram and Facebook.
- A calm demeanour with prior experience working under pressure using sensitivity and discretion always.
- Keen interest in Beauty/Aesthetics/Wellbeing
