Digital Marketing Coordinator

Job Brief:
**As a Digital Marketing Coordinator you will work together with various other departments in order to gather and collate information to create a marketing plan for our business.**
**Discovery Care Ltd. is a privately owned group of 2 care homes. We provide care and accommodation for residents of either gender and we provide person centred care for all persons who are diagnosed as suffering with a mental infirmity or other disabilities. We aim to keep all residents safe and cared for by an understanding and knowledgeable staff team.**
**We wish to ensure a social and domestic environment based on the patterns and conditions of everyday life, which are as ordinary as possible, and to ensure that the home and residents are accepted in their local community.**
**We also aim to assist residents to achieve their full potential, however small, in respect of their physical, intellectual, emotional and social needs and to maintain their rights to self-determination and freedom of choice with assistance where necessary.**
**You'll be supplied with the necessary technology to help you deliver the best results and show us your best version of yourself.**
**Digital knowledge of key channels and trends is a really important element but we believe this is one of the widest-spread skills that every young person possesses in this age of technology.**
**Responsibilities**:
**Some of your tasks will include**:
- **planning and executing all aspects of our company's online marketing strategy,**
- **market research and targeting,**
- **social media outreach,**
- **search engine optimization,**
- **newsletters and direct campaigns,**
- **lead generation,**
- **brand building**
- **conversion.**
**You will also be responsible for office projects and tasks and will work together with the other team members on a common project in building and developing our online presence as a business.**
Skills Required:
**The actual requirements will be more about you as a person than your skills and experience. What we want you to bring on board is**:
- Great communicator - As you will be working together with senior roles, communication skills are a must. You will be articulate and good with verbal and written English.**
**- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - your work will represent our business out in the world and community as such you need to be sharp and on it.**
**- Enthusiasm for the role - The job is not going to be a walk in the park, we want to make sure you will power through when things get tough.**
**- Confidence - As the job entails working with management and director level roles, you must have the confidence to work alone but also together with established seniors.**
**- Drive - You must possess a desire to learn new skills and develop yourself.**
**- Can-do attitude - You need to show what you've got, be up for the challenge and strive for success.
